The BMT Blueprint

Privacy Policy

How BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd collects, uses, and protects your personal information across the BMT ecosystem.

Effective Date: 11 August 2026  |  Last Updated: 14 September 2026  |  Entity: BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd (ACN 700 967 513)  |  Jurisdiction: New South Wales, Australia  |  Governing Law: Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Consumer Law & Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

1. Who We Are

BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd (ACN 700 967 513), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia, owns and is responsible for The BMT Blueprint and every associated property listed in Section 2. In this policy, 'we', 'us', and 'our' mean BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd. BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and the APP entity for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Dev Dahiya operates the BMT properties on behalf of BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd and delivers coaching and mentorship services under the company's authority. Any contract you enter into in connection with a BMT product or service is a contract with BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd, not with Dev Dahiya personally.

For all privacy matters, contact privacy@thebmtblueprint.com.

2. Scope: The BMT Ecosystem

This policy covers every product, platform, and service operated by BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd, which we refer to collectively as the BMT ecosystem:

By accessing or using any part of the BMT ecosystem, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 Use Across the BMT Ecosystem

BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd operates every property listed in Section 2 as a single business under a single controller. Where you provide information to one part of the BMT ecosystem, we may use that information across all of it.

In practice this means your onboarding responses may inform how your course is delivered, your course progress and journal data may inform your 1:1 sessions, your booking history may inform how we prepare for calls, and your trading data may inform the guidance we give you anywhere in the ecosystem. We treat the ecosystem as one service rather than a collection of separate products, and you should assume that information you give to any part of it is available to the rest of it.

4.2 Purposes

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

4.3 Testimonials and Case Studies

We will not publish your name, image, likeness, or identifiable results in marketing material without your separate, express written permission. De-identified and aggregated statistics under Section 4.2 do not require separate permission, because they do not identify you.

4.4 What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertising networks, or third-party marketers. We do not share your individual trade data, journal entries, or session content with other members or with any third party, except the service providers listed in Section 6 who process it on our behalf, or where we are required to by law. The only information we share for advertising purposes is the landing page activity described in Section 11.1, which is shared with Meta to measure and improve our advertising. Your trade data, journal entries, and course content are never shared with Meta.

5. Marketing Communications

5.1 Service Messages

Regardless of your marketing preferences, we will send you messages necessary to deliver the service, such as billing notices, access details, schedule changes, security notifications, and changes to our terms. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an active account.

5.2 Members and Customers in Australia and Outside the EEA and UK

If you are or have been a BMT customer, or you have provided your contact details to us, we may send you marketing communications about BMT products, services, offers, and related content unless and until you tell us to stop. This is consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), which recognises consent inferred from an existing business relationship.

Every marketing message we send will identify BMT Trading Group Pty Ltd as the sender and will contain a working unsubscribe facility. We will action any unsubscribe request within five business days, and in practice sooner.

5.3 Members and Prospects in the EEA and United Kingdom

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will only send you marketing communications where you have given us prior, express, opt-in consent, in accordance with the GDPR and UK GDPR. Section 5.2 does not apply to you. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawal is as easy to action as giving consent was.

5.4 How to Opt Out

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or email privacy@thebmtblueprint.com with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line. Opting out of marketing does not affect your access to any product you have purchased.
